Applications    
TX-2000 and OX-2000 Series are small, pager-size intrinsically safe                                  personal gas detectors capable of continuously monitoring toxic gases or oxygen in hazardous locations. Each personal gas monitor is supplied with an electrochemical sensor for monitoring a specific gas or oxygen deficiency/ enrichment. These lightweight hand-held instruments are effective warning devices for personnel working in areas that can contain toxic gases. The TX-2000 or OX-2000 are used when entering locations where toxic gases are stored, used, or generated. The monitor has a digital display of the gas concentration and audio/visual alarms that are activated at two different programmed alarm levels.
