Multi-function test head holder allows simple and quick changes between the test unit and vacuum attachments for cleaning the detectors.

Non-conductive telescoping handle for maximum safety. Lightweight, composite and aluminum. Available in three lengths.

Test Head is constructed of stainless steel and poly plastic for durability and long life. The smoke source is based on our patented smoke wick used in our Smoke Pen.

Auto level or fixed test head. The test head is most commonly used in auto level mode, but can also be locked in place conveniently with the locking mechanism at any angle.

The *NFPA 72 compliant* Smart Smoke tester is perfect for optimizing sensor installation location. Used as directed, it provides a visual image of the air flow patterns from the HVAC system and normal airflow in the building, enabling accurate sensor placement for optimum efficiency and sensitivity.

Built in Light source. A unique feature of the Smart Test System is the Dot-it lighting system. This feature allows the technician to locate and direct the test head accurately to the sensor. This is especially useful in low light situations or for locating aspiration tubes easily.

Carrying Case. The Smart Test System includes a high quality carrying case with figure fitted foam to protect and organize your test kit.

Comes complete with test head, holder, high-power LED lamp, 6 smoke wicks, telescoping extension handle, instructional DVD, and carrying case.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard (Code 72) of the National Fire Alarm Code states, in brief-- The detector shall be tested in place to ensure smoke entry into the sensing chamber and an alarm response. Testing with smoke or listed aerosol approved by the manufacturer shall be permitted as an acceptable test method. Other methods approved by the manufacturer that ensure smoke entry* into the sensing chamber, shall be* permitted.
