As an
optional accessory, the pocket-sized HOBO Data Shuttle makes it easy to offload and relaunch loggers and bring
data back to your PC. The Shuttle
offers the convenience of offloading data from loggers and testing it
and restarting loggers right in the field. No need to bring a
computer to the field or to bring loggers back to your office PC.
How it Works
xxxx1.
Synchronizing your PC and the Hobo Shuttle
xxxxxxUse Boxcar Pro software on your PC to launch or readout the HOBO Shuttle.
This will reset xxxxxxthe Shuttle's clock to match the host computer's clock.
The Shuttle's clock is then used to xxxxxxreset the loggers' clocks when they
are relaunched from the Shuttle.
xxxx2.
Offloading and relaunching and loggers
xxxxxxConnect the logger to the HOBO Shuttle and press the button. The Shuttle
will offload the xxxxxxdata to its nonvolatile EEPROM memory and then check
the logger's battery. If the battery is xxxxxx good, the Shuttle relaunches the
logger. If the battery is weak, the Shuttle will prompt you to xxxxxxreplace
the battery before relaunching. In addition, the HOBO Shuttle tests the
proper xxxxxxoperation of the HOBO H6 family and HOBO Event loggers before
they are relaunched.
xxxx3. Downloading
data to your computer
xxxxxxUse BoxCar Pro to download
Shuttle-stored logger files to your PC. Now you can view the xxxxxxdata
in tavle or graph form, or export your data to other
applications.
