All of the cables below can be plugged directly
into the external inputs of the HOBO 4-Channel Indoor External, HOBO® H8
Outdoor/Industrial 4-Channel, the HOBO H8 RH/Temp/Light/External, the
HOBO H8 RH/Temp/2x External, or the HOBO Temp/External data loggers.
Accuracy specifications for sensors reflect the combined performance of
the logger and sensor.

Note: TMCx-HA temperature probes
are not intended for prolonged use in water or moist environments,
especially those with temperatures greater than 30°C (90°F). The
stainless steel tip is waterproof, but water can migrate through the
cable jacket over long term immersion.
These probes can be plugged directly into the
external input jacks of H8 Family loggers to measure temperature in
water or soil.
- Range: 0° to 50°C (32° to 122°F) in water
or soil, -40° to 100°C (-40° to 212°F) in air
- Accuracy: ±0.5°C at 20°C (±0.9°F at 70°F),

Note: TMC6-HB temperature probes
are not recommended for prolonged use in moist environments. Using these
probes in water for longer than the following times can lead to
significant measurement drift and possible sensor failure: 2 weeks
maximum at up to 70°C, 6 weeks maximum at up to 50°C and 10 weeks
maximum at up to 40°C. These sensors can be used in many soils, but not
in those with prolonged high-moisture content.
